Have you ever gotten lost when using a GPS or old map? If so, you understand that having the correct information is vital to your success on this health journey. We will demystify nutrition and help you create your own roadmap to a healthier you!

If you want to cut down a tree; would you like to use a hatchet, axe or chainsaw? I'm sure most people chose chainsaws; having the right tool is important! The same is true with changing our lifestyle and nutrition. We need both the physical and emotional tools AND time to practice using them, in order to be proficient at our new way of life.

Yes. We accept people of any faith background. Our coaching principles are based on Christian values and we are passionate about our love for Jesus and how He can help in your health goals.

We specialize in weight management, stress reduction, nutrition, chronic illness management, and building sustainable healthy habits.

No. We meet you where you are and discuss what your goals and ambitions are.  Then we develop a plan that will work for you with your input along the way.

Fasting, both for spiritual and physical benefits, is an option for those who feel called to it. If you choose to fast, we’ll give input as to how to do it safely and meaningfully as part of your health journey.

Results vary, but many clients experience improved physical health, increased energy, deeper faith, reduced stress, and a more balanced lifestyle.  Clients who put more effort in, usually also see a greater return on their results.

Although I am a Master Health Coach, I am also a Registered Dietitian.  Being a Registered Dietitian sets me apart from most other coaches because I have extensive knowledge related to human nutrition.  My degree and training in medical nutrition therapy allows me to work in a hospital setting with doctors and patients who have various health conditions.  Many past clients say that they have benefited greatly from my unique qualifications to help them achieve fruitful change in their lives.

The goal of our coaching process is to have a transformation in identity, not just better health.  We provide tools, resources, and spiritual support to help you achieve this goal. Clients who are capable of becoming a person who has an identity transformation in relation to food, stress, prayer life, etc are the ones who are most successful.  The degree to which you are able to make that transformation will determine the degree to which the change will be rooted inside of you long-term.
