The Three Pillars for Change

Searching for Health

Imagine for a moment that you are living in the body of your dreams.  No aches or pains, you look and feel great, you are confident, energetic, clear-headed, with absolutely no food cravings. How does this feel? Can you see it? How would your life be different? What goals could you achieve if you were healthy?

Growing up in our society can give all of us a flawed understanding of how to be healthy.  As many of you know, there was a time when my food choices did not leave me feeling well.  It took a lot of time and research for me to finally put together the puzzle pieces in my mind of how to eat well and feel amazing.

Now I wake up every morning with a strong desire to help others find peace and healing in their diet also.  Imagine how much more all of us can serve our Lord, when our bodies feel amazing.  Imagine how much more patience you’ll have with your loved ones and those around you.

“… We will help you create your own roadmap to a healthier you …”

I have identified the three pillars that are crucial for success; Information, Inspiration, and Implementation.

Information

  • You must understand how your body works and how to fuel it correctly.
  • Have you ever gotten lost when using a GPS or old map? If so, you understand that having the correct information is vital to your success on this health journey.
  • We will demystify nutrition and help you create your own roadmap to a healthier you!

Inspiration

  • Change is hard; changing your diet and lifestyle is even harder!
  • You must have trust in God and a big enough WHY to carry you through the hard times.
  • We help our clients build an accountability plan and give them tools to retrain their brain to thrive in their new lifestyle.

Implementation

  • If you want to cut down a tree; would you like to use a hatchet, axe or chainsaw? I’m sure most people chose chainsaws. Having the right tool is important!
  • The same is true with changing our lifestyle and nutrition. We need both the physical and emotional tools AND time to practice using them, in order to be proficient at our new way of life.
  • You must develop the practical skills necessary for your new way of life. You can have the health and vitality of your dreams. You are stronger than you think. Jesus is waiting to help you on this journey. You can begin to live in abundance today!

I feel called to help people accelerate their health journeys by learning from my mistakes. If you resonate with this message I’d love to chat.

What if you had lessons on skills to implement, a chance to ask questions and clarify things that weren’t working for you, and a supportive environment where everyone was on the same journey?

“… maybe it’s time to find a coach …”

Depending on the subject, many of us can read a book, understand the concepts, get excited about putting in the work, and get the results of our dreams. However, if it is something that you find particularly difficult, maybe it’s time to ask for help.

Maybe the practice of humility and courage will pay off with huge rewards.
